Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. However, each course delivers a recommended pace calendar. It is important not to try to skip ahead and allow yourself to soak up the information.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Will I be able to ask questions or participate in discussion?
The FOCUS Photography Workshop Facebook group is the perfect place to participate in a discussion, ask questions, post photos and make new friends. Rachel will be checking in daily and conducting a weekly LIVE Q&A. If you would like even more person to person time - it is highly recommended that you consider the Cameras + Coffee option that includes a small group in person workshop day.
Do I need anything besides a DSLR to take the course?
Nope! The only thing I recommend tracking down in your camera manual. While this course discusses the basics of digital photography using your DSLR - every camera is different and has buttons located in various areas. It's a good idea to have the manual on hand as back up.
Does this course cover all brands of DSLRs?
The course is geared towards Nikon and Canon DSLR's and the diagrams used in the lectures will reflect those models. However the concepts and methods discussed in this course can be applied towards any brand of DSLR.
If I enroll in both levels - will I receive a discount?
Yes! Please check out the 101 + 102 Bundle Course to receive a package deal for your enrollment.
